The automatic cable packaging line is for offline cable packaging. It is able counting the lengths of cable, automatic cutting, coil making, strapping with PP & automatic shrinks or wrapping by film. All conform to CE guidelines and have been designed using the latest technology and design criteria for industrial use.

1) Function:
The equipment is for automatic calculating the cable length, coil making and cutting. And then hold the cable coil to move it to the next procession station automatically.  The figure can be set in the PLC control program.

Parameters can be set on the control program with English.
Coiling OD adjustable.
cable cutting length can be adjusted as setting.
Two protective guards to fix and move the coiled cable.
Automatic error detection function, it will alarm when trouble occurs.
Detecting the cable position automatic by sensor.
Pressing device making the cable coil fixed and stable.
Tension control are included in the packing line
Automatic unwinding machine for control the unwinding tension and keep the cable feeding synchronize coiling.
